This Privacy Policy applies to the “365 Theme Kit” Shopify app provided by 365Store. Theme injection and upgrades are currently disabled pending safety review and required Shopify approval.
1. Service Overview
365 Theme Kit is intended to offer theme browsing, optional storefront sections and upgrades for 365Store themes. Injection and upgrades are currently disabled pending safety review and required Shopify approval. This draft does not represent approval, release readiness or availability of those write features.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
- Use the App only for stores and themes you are authorized to manage.
- Before any future injection or upgrade, duplicate your theme and review changes on an unpublished copy. The App is not a backup service.
- You control whether sections appear through the theme editor. Compatibility and preservation of customizations must be checked before publishing.
3. Availability and Limitations
Theme writes remain unavailable while release prerequisites are unresolved. No unconditional guarantee is made that the implemented updater preserves existing files, templates, settings or customizations. Safety checks and recovery procedures require validation before release; unavailable capabilities should not be purchased on the assumption they are ready.
4. Billing and Cancellation
- Where subscriptions are offered, Shopify processes billing. Review the actual Shopify approval screen and applicable plan terms before accepting a charge; draft descriptions are not a billing offer.
- Manage cancellation through Shopify’s available subscription controls. Charges, credits and access after cancellation depend on the applicable Shopify and plan terms; we do not promise uninterrupted access through a billing period.

5. Responsibility
Theme changes can affect your storefront. Review and test changes before publishing. Nothing in these draft terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These policies are pending review and may be revised before release. Material changes will be identified in the published policy; no release or effective date is confirmed in this draft.
