Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy applies to the “365 AI Translate” Shopify app provided by 365Store (the “App”).
1. Service
The App provides store content translation for Shopify merchants: read-only inventory, one-click translation, controlled write-back, per-field verification, retry and rollback on failure, and usage-based billing.
2. Billing
- Plans consist of a fixed monthly fee plus an included quota of source characters; overage is billed based on the successfully translated source characters.
- Billing is based only on translations confirmed by read-back verification; retries, failures, existing content and unconfirmed writes are never billed twice (usage details are available on the in-app “Usage & Billing” page).
- Rollbacks are not billed as translation usage.
3. Rollback and Data
- Rollback capability is bounded by the write-receipt retention period (30 days) and source-content change boundaries; one-click rollback at any moment is not guaranteed.
- After uninstall or a deletion request, store data is deleted immediately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability and Availability
- Service availability targets and maintenance notices are published on the in-app “Help & Support” page.
- Translations are generated by an automated system; merchants should review critical content themselves before publishing.
5. Termination
Merchants may uninstall the App from Shopify at any time; uninstalling terminates the subscription and deletes the data.
