Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the “365 AI Translate” Shopify app provided by 365Store (the “App”).
1. Data We Collect
By design, the App does not touch customer data — orders, customers, discounts, inventory and similar data are never read or stored.
We only process the following store-level data:

Offline access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never written to logs.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
- Customer, order, discount, inventory or payment information;
- Store visitor behavioral data;
- The source or translated text itself never enters logs, monitoring, error tracking or support screenshots.
3. Data Sharing
- Shopify (as required to provide the platform service);
- AI translation providers (only the text to be translated is sent, processed in the data-processing region you select for the provider; we have data-processing agreements with our providers);
- We never sell data to any third party.
4. Merchant Rights
- Uninstalling the App or a Shopify
shop/redactrequest triggers full deletion of your data; - Data export/deletion requests can be submitted to the support email and are answered within one business day;
- All mandatory compliance webhooks (
customers/data_request,customers/redact,shop/redact) are implemented.
